Tips To Lose Cellulite

woman without celluliteOne of the most annoying and common problems that women face is having cellulite.

This happens to women across a wide range of ages and it even occurs for women who are thin.

A lot of women would be willing to give a lot to have the kind of buns that the woman in the picture to the left has. This is why I want to dedicate this post to provide you with some tips on how to lose cellulite.

Understanding Cellulite

The first step is to understand what cellulite truly is and what it isn’t. Too many people equate cellulite with fat. This is far from the case. Cellulite is not like regular fat. Remember that I told you how thin women also suffer from cellulite? I’m sure you’ve seen examples of this at the pool or beach.

Cellulite doesn’t just happen with people who are overweight. It is caused by something else entirely.

Cellulite only appears on certain body parts. Even if you have a very big belly, you won’t find cellulite there. It usually appears on the buttocks and the back of your thighs. Only there can you see the dimples that cellulite is. The question is why this happens in those body parts.

Why Cellulite Happens

Cellulite only attacks those specific body parts for a very simple reason: the muscles there tend to be too weak to properly support all the skin and fat and other tissue that is lying on top of them. These are muscles that many of us don’t employ naturally during our day to day life. They are generally weaker.

So, the weak muscles which are unable to support the skin cause it to sag and droop in at places. It is how these dimples are created.

This means that cellulite is not simply a case of excessive fat. It is a combination of excessive fat and weaker muscles underneath it.

What To Do About Cellulite

Now we come to the point of discussing what to do about cellulite and how to get rid of it. This is what the Female Fat Free Solution is all about. Let’s give you some tips that you can  use today:

1.  Lose body fat – While cellulite is not equal to fat, it is important to be as lean as possible. You want there to be as little weight at those cellulite trouble spots as possible. The less you have lying on top of those muscles, the less strong they will need to be to support all that tissue.

2. Do targeted exercises – You need to strengthen those muscles at the cellulite trouble spots. This is why Sue Heintze is including a workout plan which includes targeted exercises. These will help you to get those muscles strong and the dimples will simply disappear. This is not that hard to do, but it has to be something you’re thinking about.

You can rest assured that cellulite is curable. It is not something you’re stuck with forever. You just need to understand what to do about it and take action. That’s it.
