As I’ve read a lot of Heintze’s work, I know that she is a trainer who doesn’t believe in gimmicks or tricks: just hard work and gradual improvements. I believe that this is the kind of approach that you need to have if you want to get real results that will actually last for a long time.
What you can expect from any program by Sue Heintze is that it will include a variety of intense, full body workouts, targeted cellulite reduction exercises, and detailed nutrition guidelines to help you get lean quickly.
I have great faith in what this woman teaches and her overall approach to fitness. I hope that the Female Fat Free Solution will be a program that continues to show the same values that I found in her previous programs.
